Tom St George is a professional underwater photographer based in Tulum, Mexico. Best known for his award-winning images of the cenotes and underwater caves of the Yucatan Peninsula he also takes several trips each year to capture the beauty found in our precious oceans and seas.
Originally from the UK, Tom discovered his passion for diving 20 years ago after emigrating to New Zealand. A decade later, the wanderlust struck again but with renewed force, ultimately motivating him to quit his office job and travel, finally settling on the Caribbean coastline of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. It was here, in the heart of cenote country, that his dual obsessions of scuba diving and photography truly came together.
Tom's work has placed in numerous underwater photography competitions and has been widely published in dive and photography magazines worldwide as well as National Geographic, Forbes, Smithsonian and Wired.
